1. Once you have appreciated the requirements of the position offered, selected 4 or 5 strong points that you may wish to put forward: scientific and technical specialist competence, interpersonal skills, project management, initiative, problem-solving skills, international experience....

2. For each of those strong points, prepare examples of situations proving that you have those skills or personality features. Prepare stories illustrating the qualities you wish to put forward.

3. Whenever a question will be asked to you, try to answer by relating to those 4 or 5 points. Thus, in the end, the interviewer will have a clearer and stronger picture.
